Getting Help
from Stay Well
Stay Well provides more structured help for young people who are struggling with their mental health and need help to get well, (with a clearer understanding of what a young person is going to get out of engaging with our services).
Designed with young people and for young people – and provided in venues across Stoke on Trent – Stay Well services are tried, tested and trusted – and have helped thousands of young people to recover from mental distress.
Provided by skilled and experienced Wellbeing Coaches and based on a shared understanding of the impact and end goal of this type of support – Stay Well services include:
Where young people aged between 8 and 18 – can connect with others who are ‘in the same boat’ – share self-help tips, offer each other support, and learn to apply Changes 12-steps to manage mental distress.
Different PSGs are provided for different age groups, (i.e. ranging from 5 to 18 years) and run by qualified staff – PSGs provide safe, friendly and structured meetings.
You can attend your group for as long as you need support – and pop back anytime you like.
